This is it. This week is for all the marbles. We saw the beginning of the final challenge last week. Paula and Ev took a slight lead over Laurel and Cara Maria with Wes and Mandi lagging very very far behind. I think it’s safe to say that Jenn will finish another challenge with no payday. For the dudes it looked as though Johnny Backpacks and Tyler opened up a big lead over Wes and Kenny and Mike and Leroy. I’m not feeling as though Tyler is going to have the energy to finish first in this, but I could be surprised. Judging by the previews it looks like they have some extra surprises in store for everyone.

-Right away Kenny and Wes pass Johnny and Tyler. Johnny knows he has no chance with a weakened Tyler. Mike and Leroy know they have no chance at all. I’m guessing that Wes and Kenny figured out their kayak was going backwards

-So now the girls are picking up some rock and have to run. Alright. I’m guessing that rock is 15-20 pounds and will feel like 100 pounds as this challenge goes on.

-Mike and Leroy aren’t losing their sense of humor at least. They will lose the challenge though. Barring Wes having a meltdown and Tyler totally losing it.

-At the next checkpoint the producers plan to ruin these people’s lives by making them remember some stuff. These (alleged) alcoholics are going to remember a scene from a tent? I don’t think so. We all know they will not remember this camp scene exactly right. They will get something wrong. And it will be something small.

-Mike using his brain by breaking the rock and make it less weight. I have a feeling they will penalize them for this later. But if they don’t that was a wise strategy. That way no one person is killing themselves carrying too much weight.

-Now they have to move some dirt from one pile to a wooden box. When I first saw this I thought those boxes were six feet high. Still doesn’t seem like a fun way to spend an afternoon. That has to take at least an hour.

-Paula is starting to crack but Ev encourages her to keep it up. Wes is shoving pieces of his rock into his socks. This is probably why he screams in pain like a girl later on. Like seriously dude? This is the same guy that likes to talk about how smart he is and how dumb everyone else is. This will now be what everyone references the next time he says he is smart.

-Wes’s legs are getting cut up. This will not end well. His girlfriend Mandi has popped blisters on her hands. This is why they won’t finish first…she popped blisters on her hands.

-Now they have to copy the tent scene. This is intense. Paula and Ev had a closed compass and have to go back to see what they screwed up. Idiots. Everyone knows you open a compass at a campsite. What a couple of dummies.

-Laurel and Cara Maria also forgot the tent scene and have to go back. That has to be such a morale killer. I can’t imagine having to go all the way back to that scene and try to remember some small aspect of a camp scene as I’m carrying some 20 pound ball. I give it to them for remembering. I’d wind up crushing a skull and eating it.

-Jenn is crying and done. This is why you lose every time. You talk such a big game, but you can’t back it up. Now it’s true part of this could be from her food poisoning, but she’s been in two other final challenges and done the same routine of screaming when she gets frustrated and throwing her hands in the air. She is the new Paula.
