-Time for the therapy session with Laurel, Cara Maria, and Mandi. Laurel is trying to bury the hatchet with Cara Maria and Wes. I don’t understand this. Who cares what Wes says? You aren’t competing against him. Also I am not of the firm belief that they are setting up the team of Wes and Cara Maria for the second season of Rivals which will feature guys and girls on the same team.
-Yes Wes Kenny is here right now because of you. But if you win it will be because of him. Team Kenny all the way. Can I buy your jersey please Kenny?
-So we don’t want to wrap this show up this week so we are going to talk some smack about Cara Maria. She can hear all of this and now comes down to defend herself against Wes. Cara Maria is telling it like it is. Wes is about as deep as a puddle. Let’s call a spade a spade: Wes is an 24 karat a**hole. He is trying to get in her head so they can’t win and one of his friends’ teams can win. And in doing so I think he just motivated her to win this whole thing.
-I hear dry heaving! Apparently Tyler and Jenn have been throwing up all night. Looks like someone ate some bad shrimp. This could not be good for these two teams. Glad to know they have their built-in excuses ready for them. Tyler says he needs food. The medic says he cannot compete. Tyler is not feeling good about that judgement. But it’s not about the money right? You just want to have this amazing adventure right?
-Tyler goes against the medic’s advice and chooses to compete. He is hoping the pooping and the vomiting stops. We shall see. Get out those depends Tyler. Jenn looks like crap as well. Hopefully there are enough adult diapers for the both of you.
-Kenny is now turning the non-performance judgement on Wes. He has a point, because Wes crapped the bed on Fresh Meat 2. Mandi was the one carrying him if you can believe that. But he has looked good so far, so maybe things are different. Or Wes in true scumbag fashion will talk a big game and not deliver for the second challenge in a row
-TJ is now explaining the final challenge to us. It starts off intense being dragged in that cold water. TJ says some stuff about this race and then says this is the hardest final challenge he has ever seen. I will take his word for it considering he kills it on these challenges.
-The girls are going first and planning strategies. The motorboat is dragging these girls underwater and one by one they are all letting go. Laurel is still hanging on and gets dropped off right in front of the kayak. Doesn’t really matter because everyone catches up.
-Jenn does what she always does and takes up the rear right away. Jenn is showing why she never performs at the end. This is almost comical. The real teams are neck and neck. Then we cut back to Jenn and Mandi who are looking horrible. I keep laughing every outburst from Jenn. Jenn and Mandi finally figured it out just in time to be lapped.
-Now we have the guys getting ready for the challenge. Leroy doesn’t look like he enjoys water very much. Honestly I wouldn’t enjoy that cold water either. And we are off…let’s see who falls off first. Leroy and Mike…color me shocked.
-Johnny and Tyler hang on the longest and get to that kayak first. Leroy and Mike are having trouble with the kayak. Johnny and Tyler take an early lead.
-We cut back to the girls where Paula and Ev get to the shore first, but Laurel and Cara Maria are right behind them. This is going to be a close race. Sick Jenn and Mandi aren’t going to be a factor other than Jenn screaming and whining.
-Mike and Leroy don’t seem to be having as much trouble as Jenn and Mandi did. Speaking of, those two girls just made it to shore.
-Johnny and Tyler are leading with good teamwork. Wes and Kenny are going nowhere because their boat is facing backwards. These guys are going to have to make up some serious ground.
-Mandi leaves us with some ominious words for next week’s finale…
-Judging from that preview of next week, Wes could be screwing somethings in the final. Looks like bigmouth is going to have to eat some humble pie. Guess we will wait and see. I will be here recapping it for you. Until next week…
